MEET JACOB
Born and raised on the North Shore, it was clear that Jacob was destined for a bright sales career. His boldness and tenacious charms kept him gainfully employed from the tender age of 9, going door-to-door selling services such as lawn mowing, dog walking or any other household chore he could think of. As a teenager and into his early 20’s, he worked in various retail sales positions where he consistently achieved top sales status. A few years later, his transition from retail sales to wholesale sales rep in the sporting goods/clothing industry also brought him top ranking status where, in his first year, he received an award for Top Sales Rep in Canada for biggest sales growth in his territory. Jacob enjoyed working in the clothing industry for 8 years and had a successful run at it. However, his entrepreneurial spirit kept calling him to bigger and better things – the sale and purchase of real estate. He found a thrill and excitement in buying his first property and that carried on as he sold and bought his second property. That thrill of buying and selling property has ignited a passion for the real estate business. He has never looked back on his decision to get into real estate and truly believes he has the best job in the world!!
Jacob’s passion for business is rivalled by his passion for his family. He has been married to the woman of his dreams for 15 years and has three beautiful children, Sophia, Jacob Jr (Munchie) and Kohen.
